Created to celebrate the arrival of our first grandchild, this contemporary gin unites two places close to our hearts, the Barossa, where we live, and the Pilbara, where he lives. Starting with Barossa Valley red wine distilled into a white spirit, we crafted a gin infused with earthy botanicals, a true blend of red wine and red dirt. On the palate, rich wine notes lead into juniper and citrus, with deep, earthy flavours lingering on the finish. Best enjoyed with a dash of tonic and a slice of orange.
