This our first true, first use barrel aged Rum. This is a light, soft, sweet starting rum however it is not short on the pallet and finishes with oranges and liquorice. 

Two year barrel aged in an ex bourbon barrel gives this rum the vanilla and caramel that you would expect from American Oak.
