This is the second time that we have used this barrel, so Second Chance Rum seemed an apt name. The colour of golden straw, with sweet stone fruits and caramel on the nose.

On the palate is vanilla, banana and caramel with a lovely orange finish.

Overall, this is a well balanced and youthful golden rum, for all to enjoy.
